• The original swing tag must not be cut off.

3. Return Approval

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. We will then notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will process your refund promptly. The refund will be applied automatically to your original method of payment or credit card.

5. Return Processing Time

Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process your return once we have received the item.

6. Hassle-Free UK Returns

For our UK customers, we offer a convenient returns process:

• Once your return request is approved, you will receive a link to generate a pre-paid QR code or returns label.
• Alternatively, you can print the label at home or at specific Royal Mail Post Offices.
• A deduction of £3.00 will be applied to cover the cost of this convenience, which will be subtracted from your refund amount.
